Active stabilization of laser beams

Our laser beam stabilisation systems consist of a fast piezoelectric actuator, a position-determining 4-quadrant diode (4-QD), and a highly reflective mirror.

Our active stabilisation systems are characterised by high precision, precise reproducibility and fast control of the beam position. They also compensate for disturbing influences such as thermal fluctuations, shocks and building vibrations.
